Habitat Enhancements conducts training classes in the various aspects of Staging Residential Homes and the successful operation of a Staging Business. These classes include both classroom lectures and field applications. Upon successful completion of a course, the student will be presented with a certificate of completion acknowledging their accomplishments and abilities. This course work will usually take place over a five week period of time. Due to limited class size, there may be some flexibility in scheduling Staging dates. Individual fast-tracking may also be available in some cases. Fees are dependent on the class and material covered, but generally are $5,400.00 with a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 due one week prior to the initial class session. The balance is due and payable on the first day of class.

This class will provide the attendee with a solid overview as well as practical applications of the Residential Staging Process. Upon successful completion of classroom lectures and field application exercises, the student will understand the processes involved in Residential Staging as well as the level of effort and materials required to successfully stage a residence in today’s real-estate market. Additionally, the attendee should be able to determine if:
• Residential Staging is compatible with their personal interests and abilities
• Residential Staging offers an acceptable level of personal and financial rewards
• Developing their own Staging Business is a practical consideration at this time
